Foods that help lower cholesterol?
My husband just got his cholesterol results back and they were a bit too high. I bought Cheerios but I don’t know what other foods I can give him that will help. I know oatmeal is one of the best things, but he hates it and won’t eat it. I’ve also cut a lot of fat from what I make at home, and he’s exercising. Any other suggestions on foods or supplements?
